Professional Summary
I work across compliance, cryptography, cybersecurity, and cyber threat intelligence analysis, building production-grade, battle-tested forensic AI agentic ecosystems. Envisioning and executing systems that combine privacy with transparency. The proof is Reckon: a production multi-agent substrate I designed and built end to end, where autonomous LLM agents run in parallel against one shared git tree, every action cryptographically signed, captured in a tamper-evident audit chain, and serialized so concurrent autonomy is safe. A decade of forensic data work is the through-line, and it is why the infrastructure I ship is auditable and hard to misuse by design.
Stack: Python 3.12, Docker Compose, Caddy auto-TLS, self-hosted CI, ZeroTier mesh, B2 WORM, ed25519 + ML-DSA-65, SLIP-0010, FastMCP, OpenHands SDK.
Core Competencies
- Distributed systems & state: conflict-free replicated ledgers (G-Set CRDTs merged by set union) for lossless concurrent writes; hash-chained tamper-evident logs; single-writer serialization (flock) for a shared git tree; reentrancy & deadlock control.
- Applied cryptography: post-quantum hybrid signing (ed25519 + ML-DSA-65); deterministic hierarchical key derivation (SLIP-0010); per-agent identity & spawn key custody; chain-of-custody design.
- Production infrastructure & CI: Docker Compose, Caddy auto-TLS, GitHub OAuth, ZeroTier mesh, B2 WORM backups, cron self-healing, autonomous commit/push serialization, self-hosted runners.
- Reliability engineering: self-measurement framework that records the system's trajectory against templates and auto-detects its own regressions; 22+ auto-loading architectural guardrails.
- Languages / data: Python, SQL, Bash; Tableau, Power BI.
Professional Experience
Inventor & Lead Engineer · Reckon | Persistech
Jan 2025 – Present · Remote
- Systems architect: sole designer of the platform's doctrine. A stigmergic model where dozens of autonomous agents coordinate through the shared environment instead of a dispatcher. Carried from first principle to shipped product.
- Applied cryptographer: designed the custody layer end to end. Post-quantum hybrid signing (ed25519 + ML-DSA-65), per-agent spawn identity, and one-seed hierarchical key derivation. So every autonomous action is independently attributable across 1,200+ audit entries.
- Distributed-systems engineer: solved the concurrency problem of many agents writing one git tree. Conflict-free replicated ledgers merged by union plus a single-writer serialization layer. Proving parallel autonomy safe with zero lost records.
- Platform & DevOps engineer: stood up and operate the whole production stack myself. Docker Compose, Caddy auto-TLS, GitHub OAuth, ZeroTier mesh, B2 WORM backups, self-hosted CI runners, and cron-driven self-healing.
- Reliability engineer: built the system that watches itself. A self-measurement framework that records trajectory against templates and flags its own regressions, backed by 22+ auto-loading architectural guardrails.
- Product & technical writer: authored the public-facing site, patent narrative, and the living documentation that onboards each new agent. Turning a dense internal system into something a stranger can navigate.
Independent Forensic Investigation & Technical Author · criticalexposure.report
2025 – Present · Remote
- Built a public forensic report on the same integrity engineering as Reckon, hash-chained evidence with documented chain-of-custody and reproducible evidence packages any reader can independently re-derive.
Research Lead · Project Gravity
Aug 2023 – Mar 2024 · Monterey, CA
- Led a cross-functional data-science, legal, and PR team; ran A/B tests under ethical review; briefed FBI, CISA, and national-security stakeholders.
Geospatial / Data Analyst · Whereby Analytics
Jan 2019 – Present · Remote
- Built ML tooling (Python / SQL / Tableau) detecting transaction anomalies and fraud across geopolitical and financial contexts, fed by real-time dashboards, every finding carrying a tamper-evident trail.
